Double spiral SiC heating elements for furnaces,
Silicon carbide heating elements can be used in the furnace temperature 600C-1400C, directly in the air use as well, and it doesn't need any protective atmosphere. They are widely used in construction, ceramic firing, float glass production, melting of non-ferrous metals, sintering, brazing, and other applications.
Our standard heating elements sizes range between 12 to 60mm in diameters and 300 to 3000mm in length. Custom shapes and sizes are also available by request.
